1:1:1 | Maybe you already know what to do
Happy Sunday!
It’s crazy to think this is already Week 4 of journaling this journey. I’m really glad you’re still here with me.
As I’m writing to you today, I keep thinking about how amazing it would be if we could all meet in person one day. I’d love to learn more about you — your purpose, what makes you happy, and even what worries or challenges you.
I truly believe we all have our flaws and that we all need a tribe where we can belong and feel that we’re not alone.
I’m here with you, just as I know you’re here with me.
Thank you for being part of this journey ❤️.
1 thing I learned
from My start-up journey
This week, I had a conversation that made me a little uncomfortable.
I was called out for something I already knew deep down.
I've been putting a lot of energy into building my personal brand, creating content and growing on social media.
But at the same time, I haven't been putting the same energy into actually getting AvoActivate in front of more people and creating real opportunities to sell it.
The funny thing is...
It's not that I don't know what to do.
I know I need to get out there, talk to people, test the product, learn from the market and actually make things happen.
I think what I was really doing was waiting.
Waiting for the right market.
Waiting for more advice.
Waiting until I felt more ready.
And maybe waiting for the perfect time.
This week I realised there probably isn't going to be one.
So I started taking action.
I went to a market to observe how other stalls operate. I started contacting manufacturers. I kept asking questions about what I need to legally set up. And when someone said no or there wasn't a spot available, I told to myself that I will still keep looking.
I'm still figuring it all out. But I think sometimes we don't need another course, another strategy or another person to tell us what to do.
Sometimes we already know.
We just need to do the uncomfortable thing we've been avoiding.
And I'm learning that courage isn't always feeling confident.
Sometimes it's feeling uncomfortable and doing it anyway.
1 question for you
What is one thing you already know you need to do, but you've been avoiding?
Maybe that's the thing worth doing this week.
1 tip for your health & wellbeing
I’m curious — could having 2 boiled eggs for breakfast help with losing belly fat?
My brother-in-law has been trying this breakfast while changing his diet, and he told me he’s noticed his belly getting smaller.
