Testing AvoActivate in Public (Before It's Ready)
20 July 2026 · 7 min read
A fresh avocado drink, made to order, and a market test I'm running out loud, including the parts that aren't working.
AvoActivate started as something I made for myself. Real ingredients, a sugar-free option, the kind of thing I'd make at home if I had the time.
I could have spent six months perfecting it. Instead I'm blending it to order in a take-away cup and asking people what they actually think.
Some of the feedback stung. The first version was too sweet for half the people who tried it, and the cup size was wrong for a morning commute.
This is market testing, not a launch. That distinction matters. It lets me change my mind in public without calling it a failure.
