Day 0: Starting Before I Feel Ready
6 July 2026 · 5 min read
There is no perfect moment to begin. There is only the day you decide the waiting costs more than the risk.
I kept telling myself I'd start when I had more time, more savings, more certainty. None of those arrived. What arrived instead was the quiet realisation that waiting had become its own decision.
So this is Day 0. Not the day everything is figured out. The day I stop pretending it needs to be.
Here's what Day 0 actually looks like: a notebook with more questions than answers, a product idea that might not work, and a promise to write down what happens either way.
If you're waiting for readiness, I want to save you some time. Readiness is something you build on the way, not something you find before you leave.
